
After more than 20 years in the fashion industry across a variety of senior roles in wholesale, retail, merchandising, and planning, my career has never followed a single, linear path. I’ve always been drawn to the spaces where growth was possible but not yet defined: the opportunities that cover the blurred line between strategy and execution, between vision and reality. I have consistently sought out ways to help businesses evolve, even when the next step isn't directly obvious.
Along the way, I also felt the tension so many women experience in corporate life, balancing professional ambition with family, leadership with flexibility, and purpose with practicality. That frustration ultimately provided me with clarity. I chose to build my own path, and from that decision, MAJI Advisory was born: a way to bring together everything I had learned and offer it in service of brands ready to grow with intention.
My experience includes leadership roles at Lacoste, Burberry, and Vineyard Vines, where I designed and implemented commercial growth strategies and helped define and optimize global sales and inventory operations. I’m deeply passionate about creating business models that delight customers with best-in-class products while remaining profitable, personal, and scalable.
Today I partner with start-ups and more established mission-driven brands and businesses, helping them to translate strategy into action, build leading edge commercial frameworks, harmonize operating models, and define performance measurement systems that make growth both sustainable and human.
